How do I buy tickets?

Single tickets and Rialto Series subscriptions (purchasing tickets to 5 or more performances) can be purchased in-person, online, by phone and by fax. Additional information about purchasing tickets can be found in our Buy Tickets section.

When is the Box Office open?

The Box Office is open Monday-Friday from 10:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. and is located in the lobby of the Rialto. You can reach the box office by phone at 404-413-9TIX(9849) or by e-mail at info@rialtocenter.org.

Where do I park? How much does it cost?

Complimentary validated parking is available for Rialto Series events. Rialto Series patrons park in the Equitable building deck on the corner of Williams and Fairlie streets in downtown Atlanta. At the deck, you will receive a ticket that will be validated in the lobby of the Rialto before each performance. Detailed directions and a map to the Equitable building deck can be found in our Directions/Parking section.

For rental events and other public events (all other events except Rialto Series), we recommend the Equitable Building parking deck at the corner of Fairlie and Williams. It costs $4.00. However, parking is also available at a variety of surface and street lots around the Rialto. Parking fees at these lots vary. Please see the Downtown Interactive Parking Guide for complete details.

How do I get to the Rialto?

The Rialto is located on the corner of Luckie and Forsyth streets in the historic Fairlie-Poplar district in downtown Atlanta, near Centennial Olympic Park. Detailed directions and a map to the Rialto can be found in our Directions/Parking section.

How do I reach someone on the phone?

To buy tickets, call 404-413-9TIX(9849). To rent the hall, call 404-413-9815. To speak to someone in the administrative offices, call 404-413-9800.

Isn't everything performed in the Rialto presented by the Rialto?

No. The Rialto presents the Rialto Series, a performing arts series produced between October and May each year. All other events are either presented by different Georgia State University departments or are rental events that are produced and marketed by other companies and organizations.

How can I volunteer to usher?

How can an individual support the Rialto?
