Rialto Series Season Tickets

Subscribe Now and Save! The best prices for the Rialto Series are offered to Rialto Series subscribers (including other subscriber benefits listed below). There are two ways to save --- select 4 or 5 shows and receive a 15% discount on the total order, or select 6 or more shows for a 20% discount. Call the Box Office at 404-413-9TIX (9849) to subscribe today. Simply fill out and fax the order form by clicking the "Subscribe Now" link below. Orders will be processed in the order they are received.

Georgia State University employees can subscribe to the Rialto through Payroll Deductions. Click here for the 2010-11 GSU Payroll Deduction form will be available soon.

If you're interested in fewer than four shows, please call our box office at 404-413-9TIX (9849). Single tickets will go on sale Wednesday, September 1, 2010.

All sales are final, with no refunds. Exchanges are permitted only for Series Subscribers calling with 24 hours notice. Children over age 2 must have a ticket and sit in a seat.

Free Parking

Free validated parking is available for all Rialto Signature Series performances at the Equitable Building deck at Fairlie and Williams Streets. Look for the Rialto parking signs with arrows and the blue Georgia State penants. Click here for directions. The parking attendant will give you a ticket when you park. Please bring this ticket with you to the Rialto lobby for validation at the Patron Services Table.

Seating

Seats are filled on a best-available basis, according to the date the order is received. Orchestra pit seating is not permanent and is sold only if available.  

In addition to the seating chart on the right, you can view a VIRTUAL SEATING CHART for the Rialto Center , which will give you 360-degree views from seats all over the house. When you first enter the Virtual Seating Chart you will be looking at the view from the center orchestra section, Price 1.

Box Office Information

The Rialto Box office is located in the lobby of the Rialto Center for the Arts. Ticket office windows are open from 10:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. For events on weekdays, the ticket office is open until one half-hour past curtain. On weekends, the ticket office will open two hours prior to curtain. Phone hours for the ticket office are 10:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Refunds and Exchanges

All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges. Rialto Series Subscribers (people who purchase at least 4 shows) may exchange their tickets with 24 hours notice for a different Rialto Series performance, subject to availability. All programs, dates, times and prices are subject to change.

Theater Accessibility

The Rialto is completely accessible to patrons with disabilities. Please let us know how we can accommodate you when you place your order. Assisted-listening devices for the hearing-impaired are available in the Rialto lobby at Patron Services. Deaf patrons may reach us through the Georgia Relay Service TDD at 800-255-0056.

More Fine Print

Every effort is made to begin performances on time. Latecomers will be seated at an appropriate interval in the performance. Cameras and recording devices are strictly prohibited. All cell phones, watch alarms, and pagers must be silenced prior to performances. Children older than 2 must have a ticket and sit in a seat. We do not recommend children under 2 attend performances.
