Cancellations

Any request for changes or cancellations after the Rialto Center receives the signed Letter of Intent must be made in writing. Cancellations less than 90 days prior to the event will incur a penalty charge of one (1) day's rental or the deposit amount up to the cost of one day's rental. The Rialto Center is not obligated to approve any alternative date(s).
